We are currently open Monday through Thursday, from 8am to 5:30pm. We close for lunch between 12 and 1:30pm.

Primary Care for the Family
Most people know what the average primary care provider offers. A place for physicals, basic illnesses, chronic disease management, and wellness care over the whole lifespan. We are happy to provide the traditional option to our patients but are excited to offer a superior method of primary care that will center around the patient’s needs. Our method of healthcare pairs the traditional delivery model with rigorous lifestyle coaching and goal setting to ensure long-lasting health habit change.
Our primary care services include routine health maintenance, contraception management, diabetes, headaches, back or joint pain, depression/anxiety, allergies, acute injuries, coughs/colds, and more.
Immunizations
At Align Medical Center we believe that a person’s health choices are an individual’s to make. We aim to educate and guide but ultimately respect your opinion to make a decision. That is why we offer both a CDC-recommended immunization schedule and the alternative schedule listed below. Feel free to call with more questions.

Hormone Replacement Therapy for Men & Women
Our specially trained providers are able to make recommendations based on laboratory blood work, physical exams, and in-person interviews. Some symptoms that may indicate you are a candidate include anxiety, depression, weight gain, hair loss, poor sleep, decreased libido, and fatigue.
Trigger Point Injections
Our Nurse Practitioner is trained and certified to perform trigger point injections. She will evaluate you for trigger points (pain-causing muscle fibers), and then determine which type of injection is most appropriate for you based on your health history and current medications. She then cleans the area and uses a very small needle to inject the trigger point. Relief is usually instant!
Dry Needling
Many have heard of acupuncture and its benefits. Dry needling applies the same tool to a different school of thought. This therapy has been in use since the 70s’ but only recently gained more traction as the body of research has grown, so has its use in the clinical setting. Dry needling has been shown to assist in neuromuscular reeducation, decrease pain and inflammation, and improve ROM. The most exciting part of this therapy is that the results are often seen immediately!
Chiropractic Care
Our Chiropractor is a hands-on adjustor. She utilizes posture analysis, palpation, and functional movements to determine when and where to adjust. She is proficient at Thompson drop technique, diversified, Webster, and can perform activator adjusting. Our Chiropractor sees patients for general wellness, trauma, prenatal, sports, functional movement screenings, and animal adjustments.
Physical Therapy
At Align Medical we believe that movement is key to optimal health, however, there are a lot of musculoskeletal impairments that can benefit from hands-on treatment to improve joint mobility, soft tissue flexibility, and improve pain to get you moving again. Our physical therapist focuses on prevention, identification, assessment, minimization, and correction of pain and disability due to acute or prolonged injuries including post-surgical care, back and neck pain, headaches, arthritis, strains, and more.
In addition to injury care, our Physical Therapist is an expert in pelvic health, prenatal and postpartum care.
Therapies
