How DPC Works
With DPC, patients pay a monthly membership plus a flat fee per visit. This covers most primary care services, including routine check-ups, preventive care, chronic disease management, and urgent care. You can enroll individually or choose any combination of family members—there’s no requirement to sign up the whole family.
DPC is designed to complement your insurance, not replace it. While most services in our clinic are included, some special procedures, lab tests, or medications may incur additional costs. You can also continue to use your insurance for specialists, procedures, or hospital services outside our clinic.

Our DPC pricing is simple and straightforward:
- Adults: $79/month + $25 per visit
- Children: $39/month + $25 per visit
- Couple: $150/month + $25 per visit ($75 each)
- Family (2 Adults + 2 Children): $220/month + $25 per visit (2 Adults $75 each, 2 Children $35 each)
